The RuSEFF chief engineer, Sergey Kishchenko, took part in the expert group meeting organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation for the discussion of State Program devoted to the development of the Russian industry andincrease its competitiveness.
The main purpose of this Program is to create such a course ofindustrial policy, which could solve systemic problems hindering the entry of Russian industrial enterprises to innovative stage of development. One of such problems is high energy intensity ofproducts manufactured by the enterprises.
The solution to this can be found in increase of energy efficiency of enterprises. This was mentioned by Sergey Kishchenko, who made an example of successful realization of the European bank for Reconstruction and Development Program – RuSEFF – in the sphere of financing of energy efficient modernization of small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia.
