NEW PARTNER BANKS PLAN TO JOIN RUSEFF FACILITY

In March 2011 OJSC SPURT Bank (Tatarstan Republic) and OJSC NBD-Bank (Nizhniy Novgorod) expressed their interest in joining the RUSEFF facility.

In April preliminary meetings and working sessions were conducted with OJSC SPURT Bank and OJSC NBD-Bank. A mutual understanding was reached, which includes the cooperation amongst partner banks and the RUSEFF team. Cooperation is aimed at the professional support of companies both in financial and technical spheres. New Partner Banks will certainly expand the possibilities of the RUSEFF facility and make it more accessible for our clients. Each new Partner Bank offers a company an individual credit terms and conditions.
