The facility provides loans of up to RUB 300 million through our partner banks to private companies and solo entrepreneurs for investments in modern equipment and materials resulting in energy savings. We support investments in industry, commerce, commercial buildings, the supply and production of goods which lead to improved energy performance and in renewable energy solutions. The RUSEFF expert team supports you with technical assistance in all your equipment and/or production modernisation showing energy savings.

Equipment Selector: Online Financing Application

From the Equipment Selector you can select approved renowned equipment. The Equipment Selector is an innovative independent portal of energy efficient equipment in Russia. Any chosen equipment can be directly combined with a loan request to one of the RUSEFF partner banks.

The RUSEFF credit facility is developed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and is specifically dedicated to energy saving and renewable energy investment investments. The free-of-charge technical assistance provided is financed by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, International Climate Initiative and the EBRD Shareholder Special Fund.
